DESCRIPTION: Join me for 90 minutes of connection to yourself and to your little one.
Taking the time out to re-centre, ground and lay down any worries or concerns.  To come and find you again, to bond with your little one and connect with other mums.
This session includes a sharing circle, breath work, baby/toddler massage, gentle yoga and relaxation with the opportunity to join us for tea following the session and share with other mums.  
The little ones very much lead the session and we adapt according to their needs while giving you the time to find some space.
Booking is for four consecutive sessions with an option to rebook at the end if you wish to continue coming.
