Elemental Flow – The Air & Heart Series
As we journey through autumn, our practice aligns with the element of air — expansive, light, and ever-shifting — awakening the heart chakra (Anahata), the bridge between body and spirit. Air reminds us to breathe deeply, to release what we no longer need, and to move with ease through change.
Each week flows in tune with the moon’s rhythm — from waxing to waning — weaving different styles of yoga such as Mandala, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Some weeks are energising and spiral-based; others are slow and introspective, honouring the natural balance of movement and stillness.
When we transition through the Winter Solstice, our focus will gently turn inward — from the openness of air to the grounding of earth and the quiet reflection of forward folds — following the body’s instinctive wisdom through the seasons.
Flow with the elements, the moon, and your own breath — expanding the heart, calming the mind, and reconnecting to the freedom within. 🌬💚
