I have been a practitioner of yoga for 30 years and recently went deeper into my studies with the Daoist Flow Teacher Training at Triyoga in London. I love to explore a wide variety of practices that create feelings of ease, strength and vitality in the body and mind, borrowing liberally from asana, qigong and somatics. I particularly value the teachings which connect our individual selves into deeper relationship with nature and with our communities - our friends, partners, children and family. I am currently studying Ayurveda as a broader context to all of this work and look forward to sharing these practices with you.
Description
Come and join me for a nourishing and meditative morning vinyasa practice, based around the changing seasons. The class will gently awaken, energise and balance the body for the day ahead, weaving together elements of asana, breathwork, qigong and somatics. All levels and bodies are welcome.

Catherine Hartley
Hi I’m Catherine and I teach yoga, meditation and intuitive workshops. As a yoga teacher and
intuitive/clairvoyant I truly believe we all possess the gift of intuition, that we all have the ability to
still, to come into our hearts and to connect with the divine on a deep level. We, as humans, are all
the bridge between Heaven and Earth, here to walk between the worlds, to fully embrace both our
humanity and our divinity, and I am here to help you reclaim that. To peel back the layers, the
conditioning, the stories, the forgetting so that you can be who you came here to be.
Through my classes my vision is to bring you back into communication with your soul and be able to
take grounded action to align with the nudges that it is calling you towards. Everything I do is here
to put you back in touch with your own magic and your joy and to help you fully embody your
connection to the divine.
Description
Lunar meditation and yoga class
Come home to yourself with this deeply immersive experience. Following the phases of the moon this blessed practise will help you align more deeply with yourself and the moons energies.
Each time the moon moves through her phases she shines a light on different aspects for us to delve deeper into and release and heal. Many of us are unknowingly affected by the moons movements and this class takes that innate wisdom and allows us to move it in a conscious way to align our lives and tune more deeply into our soul voice.
We begin with breath work to bring you into the space followed by a yoga flow to take us deeper into the energies. We then move into a beautiful guided mediation to really hone the
energies. The bringing of a journal is welcome to allow you space following the session to witness and reflect on what has shown up.

Flo Cannon-Audley
Flo has spent many years studying and practicing yoga and meditation, creating more space in her life for balance, peace, autonomy and freedom.
She is a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife. She is a producer, a yoga teacher, a doula, a photographer and an avid student of the human experience. She dreams of creating a full time retreat space someday somewhere warm.
The body's astonishing capacity to heal itself and the intrinsic wisdom it holds plays a key role in her personal practice and teaching. She is passionate about reconnecting people to tune into their own interoceptive wisdom to discover and empower the teacher within each and every one of us.
Flo discovered the wonder of yoga in 2006 and originally trained ten years later in Baron Baptiste's Power Yoga. Power Yoga is a great fitness practice with emphasis on alignment. She has since diversified after discovering Embodied Flow yoga, a school of somatic movement which is explored within the container of yoga. Embodied Flow combines deep philosophy (rooted in the school of tantra) and somatic freedom, with a very functional understanding of biomechanics and anatomy. She uses both schools to guide and inspire the practices she shares today.
Using meditation, asana, somatic movement and awareness of breath, she encourages you to explore your physicality in a way that grounds and enlivens, deepening the connection you have with yourself.
Flo will also share workshops which will include exploring full somatic movement and expression, nervous system regulation, support for families through her work as a doula and a more in depth workshop series, called Feel Your Flow, which will explore the ways in which yoga (and more) can support women during their menstrual cycle.
Description
Start your day with integrity and deep listening, connect with your body and cultivate an alliance with your inner voice.

Everyone welcome. Come with an open mind and a willingness to move beyond the constructs of yoga.
