You will be warmly welcomed, in these uncomplicated, open-hearted, friendly, outdoor sessions held throughout the warmer months (May - October)

BYO Mat or earth yourself on the grass. 

Single sessions & drop in welcome ;-)


Directions: If you are parking or walking through the car park in the recreation ground, follow the path, up the hill... First you'll pass the playground and then the outdoor gym equipment on your left... keep walking up, you'll soon see a quiet clearing where the ground levels out, and 3 trees grouped together. That's where we'll be ;-)
