💫 Practice a healthy, safe, strengthening &amp;amp; balancing series of yoga postures. Modifications provided, accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity. 

💫 Special attention to your Back, Knees, Shoulders &amp;amp; Core

💫 Whether you&#039;re newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit &amp;amp; Un-fit
