DESCRIPTION: 🌟 MEET THE MIDWIFE 1st session of the spring series SUNDAY 16th April will include an informal  meet the midwife towards the end of the session (stay a little longer, I'll make tea ☕) 🌟

Meet Anita, gorgeous, warm, supportive local mama, midwife (& big fan of all things "wellbeing"), who will come practice with us on Sunday 16th April, and stay for an informal chat + q&a (ask her anything xx)

💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses. 

💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming and centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation. 

💞 Suitable from 12 weeks to birth + from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)

💞 Aiming to create space, promote strength, suppleness, positivity and wellbeing

When purchasing a course (series) of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 6 week series.
Once the series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative appropriate class within the 6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance (make any changes to your class via your account, not less 10 hours in advance).

Please ask your teacher for advice on an appropriate 💞 alternative class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
