Expect to leave feeling calmer, softened, deeply stretched and grounded, almost floating, ready for a restful sleep

When purchasing a course (series) of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 6 week series.
Once the series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance (make any changes to your class via your account, not less than 10 hours in advance).
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
