DESCRIPTION: A 6 weeks course for IMPROVERS - INTERMEDIATE yogis 

&quot;taking your practice beyond the basics &amp; building towards confident inversions​&quot;

Ideal for those who&#039;ve been practicing a while and are ready to introduce/improve HEADSTAND &amp; SHOULDER STAND and bring about a deeper practice.

This is the perfect continuation and a natural follow up to HATHA BASICS (1) &amp; (2)

 
A progressive, informative yoga course with step by step instruction, in a friendly, supportive group environment.

* Expand your practice of the 12 key postures of HATHA YOGA, and warrior transitions
* Learn Kapalabhati Pranayama: breathing exercise for increased energy, cleansing the lunges &amp; respiratory system, tone the diaphragm &amp; abdomen, bringing heat to the body 
* Explore inversions &amp; balances, with a systematic approach to preparations and practice for headstand &amp; shoulderstand with variations
* Practice significant core work for strength and stability 
* Develop upper body strength, flexibility and shoulder opening 
* Follow concentration &amp; relaxations techniques for body, mind &amp; spirit, including mudras &amp; mantra
