🐝 in place of your usual practice you will be guided through a slower, deeper, inner, (YIN-style) practice.

Expect to leave feeling quieter, calmer, softer, deeply stretched, grounded and relaxed 😇


🌛OPEN LEVEL, mixed abilities series, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.
No complicated transitions.

[complete BEGINNERS are ADVISED to start in Hatha BASICS or BKS Series]

1 x yoga mat
1 x yoga strap/belt or similar (dressing gown cord)

When purchasing a course (series) of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 6 week term.
Once the series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance (make any changes to your class via your account, not less than 10 hours in advance).
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
