This calm, motivating, balancing and invigorating series, is suitable for all 

&quot;modified (physio) yoga practice, adapted for confidence and challenge&quot;

Practice a healthy, safe, strengthening and balancing series of yoga postures. Modifications provided, accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity. 

 Special attention to your Back, Knees, Shoulders and Core

Whether you&#039;re newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit and Un-fit


This series is great if you are:
 Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise
 Particularly &quot;stiff or in-flexible&quot;
 A bit &quot;out of shape&quot; &quot;beaten&quot; or &quot;broken&quot;
 Want to stabilise/strengthen joints, improve core strength/stability
 Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed and challenged
 Really active (cyclists; runners) and need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility and mobility

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.
Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class. 
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.

Please ask your teacher for advice on an appropriate 💞 alternative class.
