🐝 in place of your usual practice you will be guided through a YIN-style practice.

🐝 What is Yin yoga?
Slower, deeper, longer held postures. A beautiful practice, excellent for calming your mind and dropping into the deeper, inner intelligence and wisdom of your body

Expect to leave feeling quieter, calmer, softer, deeply stretched, grounded and relaxed 😇


🌛OPEN LEVEL, mixed abilities practice, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

[complete BEGINNERS are ADVISED to start in Hatha BASICS or BKS Series]

EQUIPMENT:
1 x yoga mat
1 x yoga strap/belt or similar (dressing gown cord)
1 or 2 blankets

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.


Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class. 
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
