These &quot;later evening&quot; sessions open with a fluid, dynamic, energising strengthening and stabilising practice (&quot;Yang&quot;).   

The second half, winds-down into a calmer, slower, deeper floor practice with longer held (&quot;Yin&quot;)  postures,  moving you towards greater &quot;stillness&quot;.

Bringing an overall balance and harmony to your practice.
Leaving you relaxed, definitely more chilled and ready to sleep!

A fantastic way to open up, slow down, develop your practice and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

💜  INTERMEDIATE series, the first half of this practice, is strong and dynamic 
No complicated transitions. 

EQUIPMENT SUGGESTED:
+ YOGA or EXERCISE MAT
+ YOGA BRICK or 2 (or similar) will be useful
+ Folded BLANKET or TOWEL
