Hatha/Vinyasa Flow 💫  | GARDEN*STUDIO 🌳 

🌳 From April until October, we throw open the studio doors, allowing yogis to practice outside in the garden, or indoors overlooking the garden.

an uplifting, invigorating, balancing and calming practice

⭐️ Yoga postures are practiced in a fluid sequence, with attention placed on alignment, strength, connectivity, focus and awareness. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.

⭐️ A cyclical series that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week. 
⭐️ Explore Hatha or Vinyasa Flow and Yin or Nidra practices on full moon/new moon dates

⭐️ Sessions include breath work, approaches to inversions and conclude with relaxation or seated meditation

✨ For those wanting an energising, warming and well rounded, yet meditative, body-mind practice.

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.

Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
