DESCRIPTION: an uplifting, invigorating and calming flowing yoga practice

Hatha 🌳 | GARDEN*STUDIO

🌳 From April until October, we throw open the studio doors, allowing yogis to practice outside in the garden, or indoors overlooking the garden.

🐝 Hatha yoga asanas are practiced in a fluid sequence, with focus on breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be, invigorating

🐝 An invigorating yoga series, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week

MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY

🐝 energising yet calm.
Lots of familiar postures with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind

🐝 Each session concludes with relaxation and/or seated meditation

🐝 Open level - mixed abilities

{Beginners are advised to start in the Hatha BKS series}

BRING YOUR OWN MAT and any equipment you prefer to practice with

12 week term £150 (12 classes credits valid 13 wks, 'til 30 Nov 2025)
6 week series £80 (6 class credits valid 6 wks)

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.

Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
