BYO yoga mat, or practice on the purpose built flooring

Mixed ability class:  EXPERTISE NOT REQUIRED (probably not suited to nervous, absolute beginners)

Come straight from work, there are male & female changing facilities available

This class is £5, and you will answer 5 x tiny, tick box questions, taking less than 5 minutes at the end of the session (anonymously, if you like).

If you prefer NOT to answer the really simple & quick feedback form, then book the class paying the usual £14 single session rate
