DESCRIPTION: Theme:  'Fearless Heart'.  In Amanda's class, she will be focusing on hips as well as heart and honouring the Goddess Durga with storytelling, mudra and chanting.  

Hatha Yoga asanas are linked into "flows" with focus on the breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.

An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, a gentle to moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.
