Leaving you relaxed, definitely more chilled &amp; ready to sleep!

A fantastic way to open up, slow down, develop your practice and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture. No complicated transitions.
