💫 Discover &amp; practice a healthy, safe, strengthening &amp; balancing series of yoga postures. Modified and accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.

💫 Whether you&#039;re newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit &amp; Un-fit


This class is great if you are:
😇 Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise
😇 Particularly &quot;stiff or in-flexible&quot;
😇 A bit &quot;out of shape&quot; &quot;beaten&quot; or &quot;broken&quot;
😇 Want to stabilise/strengthen joints &amp; improve core strength/stability
😇 Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed &amp; challenged
😇 Really active (cyclists &amp; runners) &amp; need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility &amp; mobility
