These &quot;later evening sessions&quot; open with a fluid, dynamic, energising strengthening and stabilising practice (&quot;Yang&quot;).   

The second half, winds-down into a calmer, slower, deeper floor practice with longer held (&quot;Yin&quot;)  postures,  moving you towards greater &quot;stillness&quot;.

Bringing an overall balance and harmony to your practice.
Leaving you relaxed, definitely more chilled and ready to sleep!

A fantastic way to open up, slow down, develop your practice and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

💜  OPEN LEVEL, mixed abilities series, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.
No complicated transitions. 

EQUIPMENT SUGGESTED:
+ YOGA or EXERCISE MAT
+ YOGA BRICK or 2 (or similar) will be useful
+ Folded BLANKET or TOWEL

LIVESTREAM classes take place via zoom - free to download onto your mobile device or laptop. You will be sent an email with a link to join, 30 mins before the class starts, which once clicked will add you to the class.
