Whether you&#039;re newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all.

Discover &amp; practice a healthy, safe &amp; challenging series of yoga postures, adapted where necessary &amp; accessible even to those who are or overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE LIVE SHALA GARDEN SESSIONS 🌞:

If you are attending an outdoor session, please observe the 2 metre social distancing. There will be no access to the main property. Please do not attend if you are in the shielding category or if you or a member of your household has symptoms of Covid- 19. 

Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT to practice on + BLOCKS/BELTS if you prefer to use them.

The SHALA🏡 GARDEN 🌻, although, fairly flat, has a little un-even ground, not unlike the park, be prepared. There are 2 CATS 🐈🐈who wander freely &amp; although unlikely, they may lovingly interrupt your practice. The garden has been planted with bee 🐝 &amp; butterfly 🦋 friendly plants, this may also interrupt your practice. Please do advise us, in advance of any precautions you may need to take.



The SHALA &amp; GARDEN are in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, kindly arrive &amp; leave with respect to our very, very friendly neighbours &amp; their families.

There is a shoe rack by the entrance. Where you can place your shoes &amp; bags. 
Please turn phone/device off, switch bluetooth function off, before starting your practice
