Please join us at the Cuddington Residents Association, annual BIG DAY OUT event in Shadbolt Park!

This class is for free and open to all the gorgeous people of Worcester Park, Old Malden & Ewell...  (plus of course their families and friends)

Open your heart up, stretch your soul, strengthen that body!

This will be a gorgeous outdoor class, aimed to make you feel great!

On the grass, in the sunshine, you don't need any special equipment or mats or clothing, (but certainly, if you've got the gear...)

Afterwards come and drink complimentary tea, at the Yoga Worcester Park desk, ask about the classes & workshops coming up.  There's a fabulous BIG DAY OUT offer available on the day for any and all bookings made!
