A slower, deeper, mindful vinyasa yoga practice.

Asanas (postures) are presented in a sequence flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on aligning breath & intention with movement, making a meditative, full body practice possible.

Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions


Uncomplicated, familiar sequences, mean beginners to intermediate practitioners will benefit and enjoy these sessions
