Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind.
You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow!
With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!
Description
๐ The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.
๐ Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming and centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.
๐ Suitable from 12 weeks to birth + from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)
๐ Aiming to create space, promote strength, suppleness, positivity and wellbeing

** 22 Sep class will be a special Yoga NIDRA class held at the later time of 615pm
Autumn term ๐ฆ 2: Sun 13 Oct - 24 Nov 2024 [6 wks]
** 13 Oct class will be a special YIN-style class held at the later time of 5pm
** no class half term 27 Oct
** 24 Nov class will be a special YIN-style class held at the later time of 5pm
6 week series ยฃ79.80 valid 6 weeks as dated
Single session ยฃ16

When purchasing a term or series of yoga, you will be provided a place in that class for the duration of the 12 wk term or 6 wk series.
Once the term/series has commenced, participants may swap to an alternative class within the 12/6 weeks validity period, when arranged in advance.
Class bookings may be cancelled/changed, via your momoyoga account, no less than 8 hours before the start of the class.
Regrettably there are no refunds for missed classes or late cancellations.
Please ask your teacher for advice on an appropriate ๐ alternative class.
