A blissful Sunday morning yoga practice.

(If it's a kick-asana class you're after... this is not it try Sat morning or Tues night).
If you want to feel your way into your body, or more of a "moving meditation", begin to lengthen, strengthen, humm and flow, then this might be the one for you...
I can't promise (but I will try not to be funny), and let your body and mind awaken into the practice.
Fairly straight-forward flowing class, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes and general needs that arrive each week

An open level - mixed abilities class. Expertise NOT required.
