An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.

Hatha Yoga asanas are linked into "flows" with focus on the breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.

Hatha Flow: aims to have less wrist & shoulder work, than the Vinyasa Flow classes, plus a steadier, calmer pace & less complicated transitions.

Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work to your own pace, reconnecting body & mind

Each session concludes with relaxation &/or seated meditation


An open level - mixed abilities class. Expertise NOT required.
