Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind. You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow! With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

A fantastic mid-week "pick-me-up", perfect for those working locally or from home in & around Worcester Park!

A mixed levels class, where you are encouraged to stay at your level of the pose as more advancing levels are offered. (Expect the odd strong, flowing yoga class as each cycle progresses)

With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing, you will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.

Leave feeling opened up, untangled, centred, grounded, with clarity of thought and calm focus!

Breath centred, alignment based Yoga. No chaturanga or complicated transitions.

Expect deep, releasing asana, strong, yet gentle Yang style practice opening... Calmer, restorative towards the end of the session.
