Hatha 12 key postures: This series of classes focuses on "being" in the postures, rather than a lot of "flow" between the poses. Variations of the key postures add variety & adaptability.

With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing, you will become stronger, more supple and better at dealing with stress.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) + either relaxation or meditation will be led in these sessions
