Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind. You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow! With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses. Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth.


LIVESTREAM PREGNANCY YOGA: will invite you to have your camera turned on, at least for some of the practice, if you feel comfortable doing that, so that you can continue to connect with each other, throughout the journey

10 class pass £127 (valid 4 months, also valid for regular classes on the schedule)

LIVESTREAM classes will take place via zoom - free to download onto your mobile device or laptop. You will be emailed a link 15 mins before the class starts which once clicked will add you to the class.
