With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

6 weeks BEGINNERS Yoga course, "establish a safe, confident practice!"

This is the best place to start and is perfect for complete beginners, people who have only practiced yoga occasionally, those returning after a lapse, and anyone who really wants to get the best out of every yoga class.

For anyone wanting a steady, informative yoga course with step by step instructions in a friendly, supportive, small group environment.
