Hatha Yoga (12 key) 🌛 ONLINE:
** Book this class if you want to PRACTICE FROM HOME, accessing LIVE-STREAMING links

🌏 Classic 12 key postures practice integrating breath, body & mind. Strong practice, steady pace.

🌏 A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

✨ Inversions practiced (variations offered)
✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques)
✨ Guided relaxation

Alongside some strong postures that deepen your practice and take you on a journey of opening up your body, gentler variations will be offered. Breathing, meditation & proper relaxation will be woven in.

A classic, non-flowing class (except for sun salutation).

EXPERTISE NOT REQUIRED, some experience advised

If you are completely new to Yoga, or if it's been a long time, WHY NOT start with HATHA REPAIR on Sunday morning, or HATHA BASICS on Wednesday evening

LIVESTREAM classes are taught live, accessed remotely, via zoom - free to download onto your mobile device or laptop.

You will be sent an email with a link to join, 30 mins before the class starts, which once clicked will add you to the class.
