Classic 12 key postures practice integrating breath, body & mind. "Strong practice at a relaxed pace."

A fantastic way to slow down, build strength, balance and flexibility through the body with options & modifications offered.

Breath work & relaxation techniques will develop your practice to integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture. No complicated transitions.
A classic, non-flowing class (except for sun salutation).

With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing and will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.
