These "later evening, summer time sessions" open with a dynamic & energising, strong, standing practice ("Yang").

The second half, winds-down into a calmer, slower, deeper floor practice with longer held ("Yin") postures, moving you towards greater "stillness".

Leaving you relaxed, definitely more chilled & ready to sleep!

A fantastic way to open up, slow down, develop your practice and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture. No complicated transitions.

LIVESTREAM classes are taught live, accessed remotely, via zoom - free to download onto your mobile device or laptop.

You will be sent an email with a link to join, 30 mins before the class starts, which once clicked will add you to the class.
