Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these well balanced classes are suitable for all.

Opening with a series of clear, simple and effective practices that focus on opening up, building to more dynamic, strengthening & lengthening postures, then winding down towards a restorative & restful close.

Sessions include calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided relaxation.

Aiming to leave you feeling refreshed, calm & more at ease in body & mind!
