๐Ÿ’ซ Discover & practice a healthy, safe, strengthening & balancing series of yoga postures. Modified and accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.

๐Ÿ’ซ Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Oldies, Newbies, Fit & Un-fit

This class is great if you are:
๐Ÿ˜‡ Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise
๐Ÿ˜‡ Particularly "stiff or in-flexible"
๐Ÿ˜‡ A bit "out of shape" "beaten" or "broken"
๐Ÿ˜‡ Want to stabilise/strengthen joints & improve core strength/stability
๐Ÿ˜‡ Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed & challenged
๐Ÿ˜‡ Really active (cyclists & runners) & need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility & mobility
