๐Ÿ’ž The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.
๐Ÿ’ž Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.

LIVESTREAM PREGNANCY YOGA: will invite you to have your camera turned on, at least for some of the practice, if you feel comfortable doing that, so that you can meet & continue to connect with other, local, expecting mums, throughout the journey.

You will be sent an email with a link to join, 30 mins before the class starts, which once clicked will add you to the class.
