** Book this class if you want to ATTEND LIVE & PRACTICE IN*PERSON, in the SHALA or the GARDEN 🌳
✨ Expect to sweat before finishing with either a led relaxation, short meditation or pranayama.
✨ An emphasis on "flowing & finding a practice with momentum"
✨ Aiming to create a meditative, whole body practice.
✨ A dynamic style of yoga.

BRING YOUR OWN MAT + BLOCKS/BLANKET to practice with.
