Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind. You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow! With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.

💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.

💞 Suitable from 12 weeks to birth (check first with yr Dr)

💞 Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE IN-STUDIO SESSIONS:

Places are spaced & limited for just 6 or 7 participants.

✨ Book & attend all 4 classes in the series ✨ practice with & get to know the small "bubble group" of women.

BRING YOUR OWN MAT + BLOCKS/BLANKET to practice with.
Equipment at this time is NOT being supplied/shared

There is a shoe rack by the entrance, where you can place your shoes & bags.
