💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.

💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.

💞 Suitable from 12 weeks to birth (check first with yr Dr)

💞 Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (check first with yr Dr)

Single Session: £15

10 class pass £127 (valid 4 months, also valid for regular classes on the schedule)

LIVESTREAM PREGNANCY YOGA: You are invited to have your camera turned on for the practice. In addition to being seen and guided into a safe, accessible practice, you'll meet & connect with the other expecting mamas in the group.

You will be sent an email with a link to join, 30 mins before the class starts, which once clicked will add you to the class.
