General sales terms & conditions of Yogazaz

I. General sales terms

- All purchases are final. Yogazaz does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, change of address, injury, illness, or any other reason.
- Fees may increase over time, to reflect increases in costs and benefits. Increase in fees applies only to new memberships, class passes, single class purchases, workshops and events purchased at that point in time.
- All memberships (monthly subscriptions, class passes, unique class purchase, workshops and events) are nominative and non-transferrable.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to settle any unpaid participation in a class, workshop, or other event organised by Yogazaz. Yogazaz reserves the right to suspend the participant’s membership or class pass until the unpaid participations are settled.
- Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, or other products. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
- To register or purchase with Yogazaz and to attend regular classes, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Entry for participants under eighteen (18) years of age must be purchased by a person over eighteen (18) on behalf of the kid or teen, and authorisation by Yogazaz must first be assured.
- You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

II. Monthly subscriptions, single classes, class passes and trial classes

- Monthly subscriptions, class passes, single drop-in classes, trial classes and access to other events can only be purchased directly via the Momoyoga booking platform, through the different online payment options offered by the platform.
- Any monthly subscription/pass gives you access to all the classes taught by Yogazaz at Maison de Quartier Malibran, but excludes workshops and other special events.
- The single class purchase consists of a pass for a drop-in class of your choice, valid for 1 month, starting from the day of the first class booked after purchase.
- A trial class purchase is reserved to participants who take a class with Yogazaz for the first time, and can only be purchased once in a lifetime per participant. It is valid for 1 month, starting from the day of the first class booked after purchase.
- Class passes – consisting of a 4-class pass and an 8-class pass – are activated on the date of the first class booked after purchase.
- The 4-class pass strictly expires within 2 months of the pass’ activation. The 8-class pass strictly expires within 3 months of the pass’ activation. No refunds are offered due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
- The monthly subscription gives access to 8 classes per month. It is activated on the date of the first class booked after purchase.
- The reduced pass can only be purchased by students under 26 years old and the unemployed, with a document proving this status to be shown in class. The purchase of the reduced pass consists of a pass for a drop-in class of your choice, valid for 1 month, starting from the day of the first class booked after purchase.

III. Booking Policy

- Payment for all classes and services must be received prior to the scheduled class to ensure your spot.
- Classes and workshops must be booked in advance. They are available for online booking via the Momoyoga booking platform 14 days prior to class via this link: https://www.momoyoga.com/yogazaz/schedule
- “Book Class” allows you to book a class.
- “Add to Waitlist” allows you to put your name on the waiting list in case the class is fully booked.
- A notification will be sent to you by email as soon as your booking has been confirmed, as well as a reminder email the day before the class is scheduled to start.
- Confirmed participants are required to show up to class 5-10 minutes before the class starts at the latest, to avoid disturbing the beginning of the class.
- Your reserved spot is valid until class start at the latest. After that, your reservation will be cancelled, and any spots left will be offered to members waiting at Maison de Quartier Malibran.

IV. Cancellation Policy

- If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.
- Cancellations must be made via the Momoyoga online booking platform or mobile app maximum 2 hours prior to a class.
- Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
- In case of no-shows or if you cancel too late (less than 2 hours before a group-class at Maison de Quartier Malibran, and less than 24 hours prior to a workshop), the class/event/workshop will be charged in full or deducted from monthly subscriptions and class passes.
- Being on a waiting list for a class is like a commitment to joining that class. If a spot becomes available up until 5 minutes before class, you will automatically be added to the class.
- If you were waiting for a spot but have changed your plans in the meantime, please remove yourself from the waiting list, otherwise you run the risk of being automatically added to the class and losing your credit if you can no longer make it to class.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before a group-class at Maison de Quartier Malibran, and 24 hours prior to a workshop.

V. Suspension Policy

- Suspension is not an option unless there are specific medical circumstances, proven with a certified medical record from Belgium. These specific cases will be discussed directly with Yogazaz.
- The suspension request must be made via email to info@yogazaz.com, mentioning a start and an end date.
- The validity of already expired passes or memberships will not be extended.

VI. Other rules

- Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. Should this happen, we will go above and beyond to replace any cancelled class in a timely fashion.
- If a class or workshop or event is cancelled by Yogazaz, the credited class/event/workshop will be refunded to you.
- The class’ premises open 15 minutes before class and close 15 minutes after class.
- Late entry is not permitted. Once a class has started, the entrance door will be locked. In case of late arrival, you may not be allowed into the class premises and your class will not be refunded.
- Elsa Keraudren is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
- Elsa Keraudren reserves the right to refuse entry to her classes.
- To ensure a smooth participation to the class/workshop, please wear comfortable/sports clothes, bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one.
