DESCRIPTION: Practicing yoga with your kids is such a fun. You will receive the easy to follow description and plan for a yoga session, and you can start. 
You will need only a yoga mat, or two and your imagination.
Super way to spend precious time with our kids, and you can practice at home, in the garden, in the park where ever you want. 
Each plan contains a breathing exercise, warming up ideas, 5 poses to practice (with a little history behind), a yoga game, and a final relaxation.
The plan contains Brain Gym exercises for better coordination and concentration.
