Deze les is een combinatie van yin yoga en een of meerdere restoratieve houdingen. Het is een passieve vorm van stretching waarbij er diepgaand op de dieperliggende weefsels, spieren, ligamenten, beenderen en gewrichten wordt ingewerkt. De houdingen worden voor langere tijd aangehouden waardoor ook een meditatief effect wordt ervaren. Deze les is ideaal voor mensen met te korte spieren, mensen met veel spanningsklachten en zij die zoeken naar een diepe relaxatie. Ook voor de rug kan dit erg helend zijn mits er ook wordt gewerkt aan het verstevigen van de spieren.
