DESCRIPTION: Join Hannah and Ellie for an evening of mindfulness, movement and meditation in the beautiful setting of Tockwith Church to celebrate the summer solstice. 

Attend two contrasting yoga sequences designed to both energise and relax the body. Both classes will be intertwined with meditations and a journaling session. 

There will be a break between the two classes to enjoy some healthy refreshments.
