DESCRIPTION: Face to Face Friday restorative seasonal yoga class. Suitable for beginners and anyone with an existing yoga practice. Please bring yoga mat, blanket, small cushion, any yoga blocks you have lying around the house and a drink of water.

The class is not suitable if you are pregnant or in the postnatal period (12 months post birth). Please get in touch for a chat, as I have pre and postnatal specific classes available that will be more suitable.

Please also be aware that all classes are non-transferable and non refundable.
