DESCRIPTION: Yo-Chi is a seasonal kids yoga class inspired by yoga, tai chi, chi gung and the traditional Chinese medicine system. This is a 40 minute online class, and is aimed at ages 4-9 years and runs on a block booking basis. Older or younger kids are welcome to join the online classes at the moment as well though.
