During this 6 week beginners pilates course you will learn the basic fundamentals of the Pilates method. The class is aimed at beginners to Pilates, however anyone who has practiced pilates before is also very welcome, it can be very useful to undertake a refresher in the pilates principles every so often, as bad habits can sometimes creep in without us realising it. Although this is a beginners course, you should be able to get up and down from the floor during the class, as we will work through standing, seated, side lying, back lying and front lying exercises.

You'll need a yoga or pilates mat, a cushion or pillow and a drink of water.

Classes are non transferable and non refundable
