Description
This class focusses on nurturing and enhancing the bond between mum/carer and baby in the postnatal period, also referred to as the 4th trimester.

During the class you’ll learn baby massage and yoga techniques, whilst practicing gentle, nourishing yoga breathing techniques for mum/carer. The class allows Mum/carer time to take stock and simply breath, this is more important than ever during the postnatal period. This is a baby massage and baby yoga class, but we will also incorporate simple yoga breathing techniques, that are easily integrated into daily life and can provide relief for stress and anxiety, we will also include pelvic floor exercises, and do some relaxation at the end. This class is suitable for mums/carers and babies, as soon as you feel you are ready to join the class after the wee one arrives.

You’ll need a mat for baby to lie on, a cushion/ yoga blocks for you to sit on, a blanket for relaxation, a drink of water and anything else that baby might need during the class.

The class runs face to face only.
