DESCRIPTION: This class is designed for practitioners who wish to build a strong and authentic foundation in Traditional Hatha Yoga, guided live by Viresh from our studio in Vevey 🕉️

Each session focuses on steady alignment, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness. The practice follows a balanced rhythm, allowing time to understand each posture, refine the basics, and connect movement with breath. Clear verbal cues and accessible variations are offered so everyone can practice safely and progressively, according to their own level.

Students enrolled in one of our teacher training or certification programs may message Viresh the day before the class with one or two elements they wish to revisit — a specific asana, a breathing technique, or a foundational skill — which may be integrated into the session when relevant to the group ✨ All regular practitioners are warmly welcome to join and deepen their understanding of Hatha Yoga in a supportive environment.

This class is suitable for:
• Building a solid Hatha Yoga foundation
• Improving posture, alignment, and body awareness
• Developing strength, flexibility, and balance progressively
• Learning traditional breathing techniques
• Cultivating focus and inner steadiness

Beginners with some basic yoga experience are welcome. If you are completely new to yoga, we recommend starting with a Soft Yoga or Beginners class before joining this session.

This class can be included in your yoga training or certification pathway.
