DESCRIPTION: Join us for a special one-off Hatha Yoga class, combining traditional yoga practice, deep relaxation and a warm moment together over homemade Indian chai.

We’ll begin with a balanced Hatha Yoga practice, exploring asanas (postures), conscious breathing and mindful movement. The practice will help you develop strength, mobility and balance while creating space to slow down and reconnect with your body and breath.

🔔 We’ll finish with a relaxing Sound Bath, allowing you to rest in Savasana while the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments guide you into deeper relaxation.

☕ And after the practice, stay for a cup of homemade Indian chai and enjoy a relaxed moment together.

🧘 Open to all levels — beginners are very welcome.

🗣️ The class will be guided in both French and English.
