Robin médite depuis plusieurs années à travers différentes pratiques, notamment le zen et le vipassana, et a participé à de nombreuses retraites. Il a également vécu une expérience marquante en vivant en tant que moine bouddhiste en Thaïlande, ce qui a profondément enrichi sa compréhension de la méditation. Aujourd’hui, il partage cette richesse intérieure afin d’accompagner chacun·e vers plus de paix et de bonheur.
Description
Ce cours alterne méditation assise et méditation marchée afin de cultiver la présence et la conscience, aussi bien dans l’immobilité que dans le mouvement. La respiration sert de point d’ancrage principal, tout en laissant la possibilité d’explorer d’autres pratiques comme la visualisation, la répétition de mantras ou l’attention portée au corps — permettant à chacun·e de trouver la technique qui lui convient le mieux.
Chaque séance comprend :

Viresh, a dedicated yoga instructor from Karnataka, India, brings the depth and authenticity of traditional Indian yoga to Switzerland. His teaching is rooted in the same practices and values he cultivated during his years of training in India, offering students a grounded and holistic approach to yoga.
Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yogalates, Hip Mobility, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, Viresh creates classes that balance strength, awareness, and inner calm. He is also a certified massage therapist, offering therapeutic bodywork as a complementary path to physical and emotional well-being. He moved to Switzerland in 2022 and co-founded Yogic Spirits in January 2023, a yoga space dedicated to making traditional, heart-centered yoga accessible and inclusive for all. He is also the president of YamaYoga Association.
He is currently pursuing both his Master’s and PhD degree in Yoga with the Bodhi School of Yoga, continuing to deepen his knowledge and refine his practice. Ivan, a dedicated yoga instructor from Switzerland, brings a deep love for yoga philosophy and history into every aspect of his teaching. Currently pursuing studies in South Asian Studies at the University of Lausanne (UNIL)—with a focus on Sanskrit, Hindi, Buddhism, and Hinduism—he continuously enriches his understanding of the cultural and spiritual roots of yoga.
Ivan teaches a variety of styles including Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Hip Mobility Yoga, and Yoga for Beginners (Soft Yoga). His classes are known for their mindful pacing, accessibility, and grounding energy. He is especially passionate about making yoga inclusive and approachable, offering a safe space for students of all levels to reconnect with their bodies and breath.
He regularly leads thematic Yin Yoga sessions enhanced with Sound Baths, creating immersive experiences that blend movement, stillness, and vibration. Ivan also organizes insightful workshops on yoga philosophy and history, inviting students to explore yoga beyond the physical practice and into its deeper meanings.
