DESCRIPTION: Join me for an energizing community yoga class at the Wandsworth park.This is a mixed level class & suitable for all levels of students. With all the classes we start slowly, with conditioning and grounding, followed by warm-up, asana practice and relaxation. At the end we practice pranayama( breathwork) and meditation. Please inform the teacher in advance privately or in the class about any pre conditions or limitations. Kindly Pre-book for all classes. This is a donation-based class. There is just an initial one time £5 fee to access all community Classes. You may or may not contribute at the Venue. The classes are every Friday at Wandsworth Park 5pm and Saturdays at West London Buddhist Centre 1.30pm. More venues will be added soon
